California privacy notice.

This notice adds to our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA). Information collected in connection with a loan application may be covered by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and exempt from parts of the CCPA.

What we collect, and why

In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: name, email, phone number, IP address.
• Commercial information: the deals and loan programs you ask about, and deal details you enter.
• Professional information: business entity and investing experience.
• Financial information, when you apply: credit-score range and, with your authorization, credit reports.
• Internet activity: pages visited, browser and device information.
• Consent records: the consent wording you agreed to, with date, time, and IP address.

We collect this information from you, from your device, and, when you apply, from credit bureaus, funding lenders, and closing providers. We use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and we disclose it to the service providers and parties listed there.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.

Because we do not sell or share, there is currently nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this notice first and offer an opt-out here. We treat Global Privacy Control browser signals as a valid opt-out request. You may also send a request at any time to hello@nex-flip.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”

Your rights

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it.
• Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as required lending records.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use it only for purposes the law allows without this request.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How to make a request

Email hello@nex-flip.com or call (916) 742-7400. We will verify your identity by matching information you give us with information we hold. You may use an authorized agent, who must show your written permission. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time.

How long we keep information

We keep each category of information as long as needed for the purposes in our Privacy Policy and as long as required by law, including recordkeeping rules for mortgage brokers.
