nexflip SMS terms & conditions

If you opt in to receive SMS (text) messages from nexflip, a trade name of Better Rate Mortgage, Inc., the following terms and conditions apply:

• We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders and loan file updates, notify clients of schedule updates or important changes, and, if you opted in to marketing, share information about our loan programs and the X Club.
• You opt in by checking the consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first. Consent is not required to obtain a loan, purchase anything, or join the X Club.
• Users can opt out at any time by texting STOP, and will receive a confirmation of the unsubscribe. CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. To start again, text START.
• Users can text HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@nex-flip.com or (916) 742-7400.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
• Questions about your text or data plan should be directed to your wireless provider.
• You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. nexflip respects your right to privacy; see our Privacy Policy.

Delivery & carrier disclosures

For all SMS communications: reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may not be delivered if your phone is out of range of a transmission site or if network capacity is not available at a given time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the wireless carrier’s control can interfere with delivery, including your equipment, terrain, nearby buildings, foliage, and weather. Your wireless carrier does not guarantee that messages will be delivered and is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
